My name is Davide De Podestà and since 2012 I have been the manager of B&B Botton d'Oro Due, a refined and relaxing hospitality service that has received the highest rating thanks to the testimonials of our customers who have stayed within 5 km from the Humanitas hospital.
As I mentioned earlier, I have been in this profession since 2012 and I am also following in my family's footsteps. My mother has been working in this industry since 1998, but we will talk about that on another occasion.
In addition to managing this business, I have also had the chance to be a guest at other accommodations and I cannot deny that I have had some unpleasant surprises. I, too, have trusted the beautiful photos I saw online and then been disappointed when I saw the place in person where I was supposed to stay. I have also found myself in a location without transportation, not familiar with public transportation, and unable to find anyone from the hotel to pick me up after a visit. But it doesn't end there! I have also chosen a more budget-friendly accommodation only to find myself without towels.
I have learned one thing from these experiences: now, when I need to book accommodation, I read the testimonials of people who have been there before me and then look at the photos.
But the glass is half full, right? Since not all bad experiences are harmful, I have taken note of these negative experiences to offer a top-notch service to my guests, considering that they come to me for health reasons, not to visit the "Milan to drink".
