We are Giovanni and Marco, two young entrepreneurs who have chosen to invest in the territory. We have an ambitious project to enhance the territory and the wonders of Alta Langa. Some call us "those who stay"... "those who return". The passion for good wine and agriculture is the driving force that has motivated us to renovate a historic farmhouse called Cascina Boschetto, located between Camerana and Monesiglio. It is located to the south, with various agricultural buildings and an old chapel inside. This land with gentle hills is easily accessible from the road leading to San Martino. It covers 11 hectares, of which 2 are wooded, while the rest is suitable for cultivation: meadows, arable land, and uncultivated area; the meadows and uncultivated area are currently being transformed into vineyards. Our project involves the restoration of the remaining buildings of the farmhouse and the planting of vines. The renovation of the building houses the Magliano Winery on the lower floor, while the upper floor offers four bedrooms, breakfast and wine tasting rooms to welcome visitors. Additionally, there is a large terrace at the back, ideal for enjoying moments of reading and relaxation while admiring an enviable panorama. The hospitality in the farmhouse allows you to immerse yourself in the untouched nature typical of Alta Langa and be in contact with the organic winery.
