Our location is strategic for those who want to enjoy a holiday of absolute relaxation surrounded by the unspoiled nature of the Conero Park.
Our B&B is located in close proximity to the Conero Golf Club, just five minutes from the beautiful villages of Sirolo and Numana and the most beautiful beaches of the Conero Riviera. You can easily reach the beaches of Due Sorelle, San Michele, Sassi Neri, Spiaggia Urbani, and Spiaggiola, as well as the splendid bays of Portonovo and the nearby Mezzavalle.

One of the three buildings in the Borgoparvo Countryvilla courtyard houses our B&B, which has 7 rooms, each with a private patio and independent entrance from the garden. The rooms, equipped with every comfort, are modern and functional with ecological materials and healthy paints, respecting the surrounding environment. Each room has been carefully designed to provide our guests with everything they need during their stay.
In the enchanting setting of a spacious gazebo, surrounded by the greenery of our garden, a delightful buffet breakfast awaits you every morning. You can enjoy homemade pastries, fragrant croissants, crispy biscuits, tasty jams, and creamy yogurt. Additionally, you will find a variety of fresh fruits, cold cuts, and cheeses to accompany with toast. To complement each delicacy, you can choose from a selection of fruit juices, different types of milk, coffee, and tea. If you have any specific dietary requirements, just let us know in advance, and we will be happy to provide you with gluten-free products.
