Borgo Margherita is a newly built villa located in a peaceful and lush area south of Udine, within the private village of Paparotti. Its location is ideal for those wishing to explore Friuli Venezia Giulia and its surroundings: the center of Udine can be reached in just a few minutes, even by public transport, with a bus stop for line 5 only 30 meters away. The motorway access is 2 km away, while the airport is approximately 30 km distant. The villa serves as an excellent base for excursions to Lignano, Grado, Trieste, San Daniele, and Cividale.
The property is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and relaxation for its guests. The only available suite is rented exclusively to one group of up to four people, providing an intimate stay without shared spaces. The accommodation, about 70 square meters, consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and kettle, and a spacious bathroom featuring a large shower. The private terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, allows guests to enjoy the surrounding tranquility.
The well-maintained garden surrounding the villa features a beautiful seasonal swimming pool, measuring 12 meters in length and up to 2.25 meters deep, perfect for cooling off on hot days. Guests can take advantage of sun loungers, sofas, umbrellas, and armchairs, with ample shaded areas and Mediterranean scents reminiscent of southern landscapes. By May, the pool water reaches pleasant temperatures.
Every morning, guests can enjoy a sweet breakfast, including jam-filled pastries, freshly baked cookies, mixed fruit, milk, and Nespresso coffee, for a cost of 8 euros per person. A more elaborate continental breakfast, featuring local specialties such as San Daniele ham, mountain cheeses, and Friulian cold cuts, served with a small salad, cherry tomatoes, and fresh fruit, is available upon reservation for 14 euros per person.
