The recently renovated apartments, designed in a modern rustic style, provide maximum comfort. Each open space features a private entrance and garden, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a dining area, and customizable beds to meet various needs. Every apartment comes with a private INTEX SPA hot tub (available from June 15 to September 15), furnished outdoor areas, and a solar shower for complete relaxation. Included amenities comprise free Wi-Fi, private parking, and, upon request, a BBQ, table tennis, and foosball.
The B&B’s prime location allows guests to explore the wonders of Garfagnana: spectacular caves, ancient hermitages, fortresses, and historical routes such as the Via Francigena and the Via del Volto Santo. Our apartments are two open spaces in a modern rustic style, renovated between 2022 and 2023. They are both equipped with an independent entrance and garden, a kitchen equipped with all the main comforts, a bathroom with shower, a comfortable dining table, a double bed and a single bed, which can become three single beds, a pellet stove, the outdoor spaces are furnished and equipped, furthermore each apartment has its own INTEX SPA hydromassage pool that you can use at any time also equipped with a solar shower (available from 15 June to 15 September). We offer free private parking (unattended), Wi-Fi, and, on request, BBQ, ping pong and table football.
The apartments are equipped with household linen, such as sheets and towels for the person, furthermore we provide essentials for the kitchen at the disposal of customers such as: oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, sugar, coffee, tea and herbal teas, the tap water is drinkable and good.
On request it is possible to enjoy the traditional Italian breakfast, with Vegan and intolerant options, with typical products of Garfagnana, to be prepared completely independently

We would like to introduce you to Laura and Silvio, a couple from Florence who, thirty years ago, decided to settle in the beautiful Garfagnana, enchanted by its wild and lush nature. They have meticulously restored their home, placing a strong emphasis on environmental sustainability, using natural materials and a lot of passion. Their goal is to honor the authenticity of this area while providing a warm and genuine welcome to those who wish to immerse themselves in the beauty of this land.
We are situated in the heart of the Valle del Cerchio, facing the enchanting Lago di Pontecosi, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire surrounding valley. We are surrounded by lush and verdant nature. This area is more characterized by agricultural activity than tourism, which means you will have the chance to taste fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables supplied by our neighbor, Daniele Gatti, a passionate young farmer. You can also embark on easy hikes through the woods and charming nearby villages, all immersed in a delightful and timeless atmosphere. And don't forget, your four-legged friends are always welcome!
