Welcome to our charming family-run guesthouse, where we will warmly welcome you with hospitality in a cozy and well-maintained environment to make you feel at home. You can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from all the rooms.
Upon waking up, you will be greeted by Monte Campo, which with its imposing height of 1746 meters dominates the entire village, and you can admire an aerial view of the picturesque valley of the Verrino River.
We are located in Capracotta, an enchanting village in the Alto Molise, known for its altitude of 1421 meters above sea level, making it one of the highest points in the Apennines.
In addition to being immersed in a natural paradise, ideal for winter sports, hiking, and horseback riding, Capracotta is a captivating and inspiring place that has fascinated illustrious figures of the past, such as the philologist Francesco d'Ovidio and the famous writer Ernest Hemingway. In his masterpiece "A Farewell to Arms," Hemingway mentions with emotion a chaplain from Capracotta who speaks about the high Molise village, where "it was forbidden to play the flute at night. When the young people serenaded, only the flute was prohibited."
If you love skiing and sports in general, this is the perfect place for you! Capracotta offers you numerous opportunities to practice sports and physical activities both in winter and summer, away from the noise and bustle of the city. Here you can immerse yourself in untouched nature and enjoy spectacular scenery that will turn your training into a real pleasure.
