The apartment is located on the ground floor of a charming building situated in a quiet square in the San Benedetto neighborhood, offering an ideal location for exploring the city. The neighborhood is convenient, well-stocked, and easily accessible, allowing you to reach all the main points of interest in the city on foot. Inside, the apartment is completely new and recently renovated, offering comfort and spaciousness. Among its features, you will find double-glazed windows to isolate from external noise, air conditioning, perfectly functioning Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cozy furnishings comfortably accommodate 4 people: 2 in a double bed and another 2 in an extendable single bed that can be converted into a double bed for children. Upon request, a travel crib, a stroller, and a high chair are available. To facilitate guests with check-in outside of regular hours, it is possible to request a key collection box with a keypad, provided that the necessary documents of all participants are sent at least 12 hours in advance. It is important to note that the code for key collection and a short explanatory video will only be provided after receiving the required documents. The following day, a meeting will be held to complete the necessary legal procedures, such as document registration, signing the tourist lease agreement, payment of the tourist tax, and, if necessary, the security deposit. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, and pets are not allowed.
