Located in the center of Palermo on the famous Principe di Belmonte street, our historic 19th-century palace has been completely renovated inside while still maintaining its original frescoes, combining modern design with today's comfort.
Our staff will be happy to provide information and assistance to our customers every morning from Monday to Friday. If you have a car, we have a large garage inside the building that needs to be booked at the time of reservation to guarantee its use.
Each apartment, furnished with designer furniture, is equipped with every comfort and can accommodate up to four people. The strengths are double glazing, air conditioning, heating, a safe and a WI-FI internet service that allows you to work remotely.

They are positioned just a few steps away from the most important historical monuments of Palermo, including churches and museums, as well as the main transportation terminals, with the Piazza Politeama BUS Airport stop just 300 meters away.
At the exit of the building, you can find the terminal stop for cruise ships and the hydrofoil to the beautiful Ustica or Aeolian Islands.
