The house, built in 1987 and meticulously maintained, is the perfect place for those looking for a peaceful stay where the beauty of nature and the tranquility of the Marche countryside meet the proximity of the coast.
The establishment features three bright and well-ventilated rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom; one of the accommodations has an external bathroom that is exclusively for the guests' use. Each room provides access to a spacious panoramic terrace with stunning views of the surrounding hills. The spaces are tidied up daily, with housekeeping for the rooms and bathrooms, and linen changes every three to four days. Each room is furnished with a television, hairdryer, and a courtesy set with liquid soap.
Breakfast is served with simple and wholesome products, enhanced by homemade pastries, along with toasted bread, cookies, jams, hazelnut cream, butter, milk, coffee, tea, fruit juices, and water, allowing guests to start their day with flavor and authenticity. The establishment does not offer meal services beyond breakfast.
