Belle Marche welcomes its guests in a warm and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by the greenery of the hills of Civitanova Marche Alta and just a few minutes from the sea. The house, built in 1987 and meticulously maintained, is the perfect place for those looking for a peaceful stay where the beauty of nature and the tranquility of the Marche countryside meet the proximity of the coast. The establishment features three bright and well-ventilated rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom; one of the accommodations has an external bathroom that is exclusively for the guests' use. Each room provides access to a spacious panoramic terrace with stunning views of the surrounding hills. The spaces are tidied up daily, with housekeeping for the rooms and bathrooms, and linen changes every three to four days. Each room is furnished with a television, hairdryer, and a courtesy set with liquid soap. Breakfast is served with simple and wholesome products, enhanced by homemade pastries, along with toasted bread, cookies, jams, hazelnut cream, butter, milk, coffee, tea, fruit juices, and water, allowing guests to start their day with flavor and authenticity. The establishment does not offer meal services beyond breakfast. Guests can enjoy a common area located on the lower floor and a delightful outdoor panoramic patio, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the surrounding landscape. The green spaces around the house allow visitors to fully immerse themselves in nature, amidst silence, fresh air, and stunning scenery that accompanies the sunrise and sunset. Children up to three years old can stay for free, and pets of all sizes are welcome. The property also accommodates horses, making it particularly suitable for lovers of the countryside and open spaces. Guests have complete autonomy in entering and exiting the B&B, allowing for a holiday filled with freedom and flexibility. The B&B is born from the hosting family's passion for hospitality and rural life, aiming to provide an authentic and relaxing experience where guests can share the beauty of the Marche region in a simple and genuine setting. Civitanova Marche Alta is an ancient village perched on a hill and enclosed by the walls of a medieval castle, rich in history and culture. Here, you can find the Annibal Caro Theater and important cultural spaces such as the Rossini and Cecchetti theaters, which host a vibrant theatrical season. The city also hosts Civitanova Danza, an internationally significant event dedicated to the rich local dance tradition.
