The apartment, located on the first floor, offers a living room, a breakfast room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The decor is simple and original, with a fascinating idea of reusing old or discarded objects and materials that, transformed and combined, find a new life alongside new ones. Furthermore, we are strongly committed to environmental respect, with waste separation and attention to waste reduction.
We use organic and seasonal products, and whenever possible, locally sourced.
The house has three rooms: one double room with an en-suite bathroom, and two single rooms with a shared bathroom.

In our establishment, to start the day off right, we offer you a delicious breakfast with foods prepared with love and care. We carefully select high-quality organic ingredients: the bread, fragrant and crispy, is homemade and baked in a traditional wood-fired oven; the jams are made with fresh, seasonal fruit to give you an authentic and genuine taste. Additionally, to ensure maximum freshness, we purchase milk directly from a local farm every day.

This bed and breakfast is the result of Eleonora's inspiration, who graduated in Conservation and restoration of cultural heritage from the University of Urbino. The opportunity to use some spaces in her house has given birth to a new project: a blend of creativity and hospitality. Here, courtesy, kindness, love for the territory, and local delicacies are mutually appreciated through the words, gestures, and thoughts of our affable guests.
The B&Bio Panemarmellata, located in a quiet and less frequented area of the city, can be found at 5 Giacomo Puccini Street, a short parallel road to Viale Mazzini. The latter connects the train station to the town center through a spacious, tree-lined pedestrian and cycling path.
We are only a 1-minute walk from the train station and a 5-10 minute walk from the main Ganganelli square and the charming historic center. Here, you can stroll around and discover the town, stop at numerous establishments to taste food and wines, visit monuments and museums such as the Button Museum, Tonino Guerra Museum, Historical Archaeological Museum, underground caves, or take part in the numerous and important events happening in the city, such as the International Theater Festival in the Square, San Martino Fair, Christmas and summer events.
The Rimini Nord exit of the A14 motorway is only a 10-minute drive away, while the "Franchini" Hospital is located 850 meters away in the town center and is within walking distance. Finally, the beach and the Adriatic Sea are only a 15-minute drive away.
