Located in a quiet area, outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL), you can take advantage of our private parking for cars and bicycles, upon reservation. Villa Rosa is the ideal starting point for exploring the city on foot, without having to take the car.
Breakfast is provided buffet-style in the morning and takes place in a modern kitchen with two large windows, which make it bright and well-stocked. Here, guests will have the opportunity to choose from always fresh and high-quality products.
Our guests will have at their disposal an automatic coffee machine, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, cups, plates, cutlery, and glasses.
Furthermore, the room is used as a reading room during the day, offering a peaceful and comfortable space.

I have always had a strong desire to create a bed and breakfast, fueled by my passion for hospitality, travel, and tourism.
I have dedicated myself to meticulously taking care of every little detail of my bed and breakfast, in order to provide my guests with a vacation focused on comfort and relaxation, in a Liberty-style Villa.
Just a 3-minute walk from Prato della Valle, you can visit the beautiful Basilica of Sant'Antonio and the enchanting Botanical Garden. Additionally, you will find the tram station just 200 meters away, from which you can reach the Scrovegni Chapel in just 6 stops. If you love art and culture, you will be happy to know that the Palazzo della Ragione, the famous Pedrocchi Café, and the UNESCO sites are all easily reachable on foot in just a few minutes.
