The American Villa in Champoluc, located in the beautiful Ayas Valley, has been renovated from the villa built by our grandfather in the 1950s when he returned from America, where he had moved after the war in search of work. We have chosen to name our Chambre d'Hôtes with the name he himself had given to the villa. Our establishment is situated in the most peaceful and relaxing area of Champoluc, known as the "pratone", where both in summer and winter, numerous outdoor enthusiasts and hikers can be found. During the winter season, cross-country skiing lovers can already be on the slopes, while the starting lifts of Crest are less than 1 km away and easily reachable through shuttles that pass just 100 meters from our Chambre d'Hôtes. Our establishment also offers convenient services such as private parking, a large garden of over 700 square meters where children can play or relax in the sun, a spacious balcony with a splendid view of the Monterosa massif and the Ayas Valley, and a breakfast room equipped with a bar service and a corner with a sofa and fireplace. Just 200 meters away, there are affiliated pizzerias and restaurants that can be reached with a pleasant walk. During the summer season, our Chambre d'Hôtes is the ideal starting point for numerous hiking and mountain biking excursions, without the need to take the car.
