The TIBU' Bed & Breakfast was opened in spring 2016. In that year, Ale, Cri, and Sara, thanks to the strategic location of their house, decided to renovate and expand the building, creating two cozy accommodations, both with private bathrooms, and a spacious breakfast and relaxation room for guests. This is how the B&B TIBU' was born, located in Fiumicello, in the region of Bassa Friulana. This modern and efficient design Bed & Breakfast is set in a large green garden with an adjacent pool.

It is the ideal starting point for a pleasant bike ride, as the area offers numerous cycling paths, including the famous Alpe-Adria-Radweg. It is also just a few minutes away from important tourist destinations such as Aquileia, Grado, and Palmanova. Here you can enjoy silence, breathe clean air, and savor the delicious food and wine products from the surrounding Friuli companies.

Each of them will provide you with a feeling of well-being and tranquility thanks to the quality of the materials used, the interior furnishings, and the brightness of the rooms, thanks to the large French doors. In addition, you can enjoy privacy during your stay.

The Double accommodation is ideal for two people and consists of a spacious 14 sqm room with all amenities, such as air conditioning and independent heating. The private bathroom of 6.50 sqm is finely furnished and equipped with a spacious shower. The room and bathroom are furnished with a modern design and are also suitable for people with motor disabilities. The French door overlooks a courtyard with a view of the garden. In addition, the accommodation has a private outdoor table where you can relax and enjoy a great coffee or a glass of Friulian wine.

The Family accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and includes two bedrooms of 14 sqm and 9 sqm, both equipped with all amenities, such as air conditioning and independent heating. The private bathroom of 6 sqm is finely furnished and has a spacious corner shower. The rooms and bathroom are also furnished in a modern style. The French doors overlook a courtyard with a view of the garden, where there is an area dedicated to relaxation. In this accommodation, you will also find a private outdoor table to enjoy a good coffee or a glass of Friulian wine. It is particularly suitable for families, but also for couples.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the structure, both in the rooms and in the internal common areas. Outside, there are two areas specifically designated as smoke-free.
