The Bed and Breakfast is located in Oltre il Colle, in the enchanting Val Serina at an altitude of 1,000 meters, in a beautiful valley surrounded by majestic mountains. It is the perfect place to spend a weekend or a vacation dedicated to relaxation and sports, immersed in the marvelous Bergamo Alps. The structure, just renovated in 2019, is tastefully furnished following the contemporary alpine style. The welcoming atmosphere, the harmony between architecture and nature, the warmth of wood, and the delicate colors convey a unique sense of well-being.
The Bed and Breakfast offers three spacious rooms, suitable for all types of vacations, whether it be with family, friends, or as a couple.
The breakfast room is large and cozy, with a relaxation area equipped with a sofa and fireplace, and a charming panoramic corner where you can enjoy a healthy breakfast while admiring the mountains.
Starting from January 2024, there will also be a small outdoor wellness center available, with a panoramic barrel sauna and a hot tub.
Our delightful breakfasts will surprise you every day! They are authentic and abundant, prepared with love using organic and local products.
Every morning, in our cozy breakfast room, you will find a rich buffet that will conquer you. You can taste homemade cakes and sweets, delicious homemade jams, cold cuts, natural yogurt, butter and cheese from the renowned Val Serina brand, fresh bread, croissants, and cereals. And if you are fruit lovers, you can delight your palate with a fresh fruit salad and tasty fruit juices.
Furthermore, you can accompany everything with a hot beverage of your choice: tea, coffee, barley coffee, or a creamy cappuccino. You will be served at the table, just like at a bar, to pamper you and make you feel at home.
But the real highlight is our magnificent panoramic room, where you can enjoy your breakfast while admiring a splendid view of the majestic surrounding mountains. There is no better way to start the day!
Hello, I'm Michela and since 2019 I have opened the doors of my home to welcome guests. I studied Agro-environmental sciences at the University of Milan, but the mountains exerted an irresistible call on me and I returned to Val Serina, where my roots run deep. With the support of my husband, we decided that the best way to enhance our beloved place, while continuing to live in the mountains and turning our passion into a real job, is through hospitality. Welcoming tourists into our home allows us to actively contribute to the development of our region. In fact, in addition to providing a wealth of information about local history and activities, we offer a breakfast that allows guests to savor the specialties of the Orobie mountains, always focusing on local, authentic, and homemade products.

"Sotto l'Alben" is a structure with a unique and unmistakable style, located in a quiet area surrounded by nature, ideal for a vacation dedicated to relaxation and tranquility that can only be found in the mountains. The town center, with all its services, is only 300 meters away and easily reachable on foot. Just 5 km from the B&B is the Passo di Zambla, a mountain pass that connects Val Brembana to Val Seriana, located at an altitude of 1264 m.
To reach us, it takes only one hour from Bergamo and an hour and a half from Milan.
