The house is located in a central position, just 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco and next to the Scoletta di San Giorgio dei Schiavoni. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture and enjoy a lovely view of a large canal. The environment is elegant but informal and welcoming. One room has a balcony and a private external bathroom with a dining area, while the other room has an ensuite bathroom (the third room is not currently rented out). The B&B is located on the third floor without an elevator.

Marco room is a double room with a window overlooking the canal. Its bathroom is outside in the corridor and it is also used by the guests of Genitori room. The room has the antique fornitures of Marco's family, but also the modern touch of the artworks of our artist guests.
NONNI ROOM with view overlooking the canal, ensuite bathroom with shower. This is a real b&b maximum 3 rooms, with a local family living in the same apartment that is in a condominuim of 5 venitian families. Fornitures comes from Marco grandparents when they got married in the '20 s , with some design glass mirror touch and with all the amenities and conform of ourdays.
GENITORI room is large and king bed room with balcony overlooking the canal, its bathroom is beside the room and with another door separating from the hallway. The bathroom can be shared with another room. Facilities wifi, dvd player with classic and jazz music, fridge and cattle. Forniture are from the 60' when Marco parents got married, and pieces from antique. Marco family still living upstairs and beside. From the window you can see the church, clock towers of S.Antonin and S.Francesco and two bridge and the real life on water and at night you feel the magic silence over Venice.

We are Alice and Marco, a couple who own a bed & breakfast in Venice. Marco opened our B&B in 2002 after spending many years studying and working in Milan. Our property is located in the family home where Marco grew up, and where we used to stay as frequent guests before becoming owners. As a B&B family, we are proud to speak five different languages and to be passionate travelers. Our B&B offers an authentic experience of staying in Venice, avoiding the speculation that is transforming tourist cities. We have three guest rooms available, and we live in the same structure, on the upper floor and next to the rooms. We contribute to making the city lively and popular, offering guests the opportunity to feel like temporary residents, welcomed as friends to whom we explain all the secrets of Venice.
The house is located in the very center, only 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, but in a less touristy and more local area in the Castello district. The boat stop is S. Zaccaria if arriving by train or at the bus terminal, or Ospedale if coming from Venice airport. In total tranquility, the house overlooks one side of San Giorgio degli Schiavoni (Scola Dalmata, sort of confraternity), famous for its frescoes by Carpaccio, and a typical Venetian canal. From the rooms, which are tastefully furnished with antiques, you can enjoy a spectacular view over the canal, the bridge, the roofs, clock towers, and Venetian life. An ideal location for discovering the true Venice from the inside, thanks also to the friendly atmosphere and hospitality of Marco and Alice, who live upstairs and beside, giving you advice for an unforgettable holiday to fall in love with and in Venice.
