The Olmo B&B, located in the heart of the beautiful Valconca, just 15 minutes from the Adriatic Sea and the picturesque villages of Montefeltro such as Saludecio, Montefiore Conca and Mondaino, is the ideal place to spend your holidays in contact with nature, without giving up the entertainment opportunities offered by the Romagna Riviera. Inside our enchanting garden, you will find a large fenced area with games for the little ones and a large heated swimming pool, 12 meters long and 5 meters wide, with a depth ranging from 120 to 140 cm. The pool is exposed to the sun all day long and is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature, accompanied by the chirping of birds. Our family, the Delbaldo's, will warmly welcome you to our renovated farmhouse dating back to the late 19th century, which has been completely refurbished with respect for the environment. We are always present to meet your every need. The Olmo B&B uses renewable energy sources: an integrated system consisting of solar panels, a pellet boiler, and a fireplace allows us to heat the house and the outdoor pool. Furthermore, we have an indoor air filtration system to ensure a bacteria-free environment. Our structure has three rooms: Rosa Canina on the ground floor, Papavero and Ginestra on the upper floor, all with private bathroom, shower, independent heating and air conditioning, LED TV, and Wi-Fi. In addition, our guests can enjoy common areas such as the hall with smart TV, the breakfast room, and a porch overlooking the pool, perfect for relaxing during the summer months. Our farmhouse is surrounded by a 20,000 square meter land with olive trees and orchards. On sunny days, you can enjoy the garden, a fenced area of ??5000 square meters equipped with children's games, so that families can let their children play safely.
