Our establishment offers a comfortable room with a private bathroom, located inside a charming, new-generation wooden villa built following the principles of green building. This cozy environment is warm in winter and cool in summer, thanks to the use of high-quality materials. It retains the typical style of the area, with stone slabs (which give the place its name, Le Lastre) and stone arches. Inside, we have used precious antique oak wood to embellish the walls and create furniture, benches, and beds. The resin floors add a modern touch to the space. Among the valuable furnishings, you will also find some design works, including a magnificent painting by artist Gianlorenzo Palazzi, positioned in front of the bed. The open wardrobe is of a modern design, and the spacious private bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with two seats and showerheads. The space is bright and well-ventilated. Furthermore, you can enjoy a splendid view of the Tuscan hills and the city of Arezzo directly from the garden. We offer convenient free parking and the possibility of self-check-in. During the summer, breakfast is served in the garden, with an additional fee depending on the weather conditions.
