A sweet and savory mix of Umbrian specialties will be served, with seasonal variations including bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, focaccia with raisins, bread with walnuts as savory options in autumn and winter. For desserts, there will be almond and raisin biscotti, rocciata, and bread with grape must.
During spring and summer, you can enjoy cheese pie with hard-boiled eggs and local cold cuts, asparagus omelette, frappe, castagnole, Easter sweet cake with candied fruits, and raisin or chocolate ring cake.
Furthermore, local products such as truffles, honey, seasonal fruits (figs, cherries, apricots, plums), extra virgin olive oil, typical wines, and craft beers will be available.
Upon request, B&B Le Rose also offers gluten-free options.

Our family consists of Mrs. Maria, in charge of morning breakfasts and cleaning, the true point of reference during your stay.
The two children, Marco and Angela, have different roles in managing the property. Marco takes care of the garden, your itineraries, and technological activities, while Angela dedicates herself to the decoration and details to make your stay romantic and unforgettable.
We have inherited this house from generation to generation and we are proud to welcome as many visitors as possible to share the beauty of this territory that we deeply love.
