In a palace from the early 1900s, two owls manage a charming B&B with the aim of ensuring that their guests' vacation begins with the choice of accommodation.

Each room has its own personality and a well-studied "theme." If you are a music enthusiast, the MUSIC room will welcome you with its vinyl records, musical staffs, and violin keys, transporting you to a musical atmosphere of another era.
The OWL room is cheerful, carefree, and magical, personifying the two owners. The VINTAGE room is decorated with elements from the '60s and '70s, while the ROMANTIC room is adorned with floral motifs.
The two owners combine their creativity and experience in the tourism industry, as well as their experience as travelers, to accompany their guests in discovering the city of Rome.

In the morning, our guests can enjoy a delightful breakfast in the communal area. Here, they will find a generous buffet full of treats prepared with love. On the table, they will find fresh fruit juices, cold milk, large doughnuts, tarts and homemade jams, along with Nutella, honey, cereals, yogurt, bread, and butter. Additionally, we offer freshly baked croissants, cakes, fresh fruit, and cold cuts every day.
The two Owls will be happy to serve our guests intense Italian coffee or a long Americano, cappuccino with a soft and creamy foam, tea and herbal infusions with a variety of flavors, barley, ginseng, and chocolate. We are ready to accommodate our guests' different preferences to ensure a satisfying and delightful breakfast.

Our cozy bed and breakfast is located on a quiet side street off Via Appia Nuova, just a short distance from the magnificent Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, the prestigious Domus Aurea, and the San Giovanni gate, one of the main entrances to the city's historic center.
Furthermore, within walking distance, you will find the subway station on Line A, which allows for quick and stress-free access to the central station, major artistic attractions, and the Vatican. Additionally, numerous buses, without the need for transfers, also connect to central areas that are not reachable by subway, such as Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia, and Campo dè Fiori.
