My name is Marinella and for several years I have been fully dedicated to our B&B. After a career in the IT field, which I always respected but at some point no longer felt like mine, I decided, as a game, while trying to understand which path was mine, to dedicate myself to this activity. The B&B is located inside the family home, a house built by my parents in 1992. Over the years, following significant and painful changes in our lives, we created the B&B, which has become our little refuge to which we dedicate all our resources and ideas. At first, it was born as a simple source of income, when one thinks that money is a priority in life, but over time it has become our salvation, a place to retreat to when everything seems meaningless. A corner of nature and silence that, without asking for anything, teaches us what truly matters. It would be wrong to say that it is a place to spend holidays for free, but I can guarantee that every single euro earned with our B&B is used with care. Everything we earn is reinvested to integrate the structure with nature and minimize environmental impact. We think about greenery, about a native garden that requires little water, about solar panels for electricity and hot water, about green walls to face the summer, about plants that provide shade for parking, about dry stone walls made with stones, about recycling what nature offers us for free. In short, we carefully study every job we do so that it is good for us and above all for our land. We still have a long way to go, but I believe that I have taken the right direction, or at least the one that makes us feel good and reminds us how wonderful it is to find a little glimmer of dawn in the twilight.
