The B&B La Poeta is located in Campofilone, in the Marche region, between Porto San Giorgio and San Benedetto del Tronto. It is only 4 km away from the A14 highway exit and the beaches. The property offers 3 rooms, including a double, a triple and a quadruple, which can also be booked as single rooms. In the spacious living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen available for guests. Additionally, there is a small playground for children and a large garden outside. Parking is free and reserved for customers. This B&B is perfect for families and groups (the entire property can be rented), but also for couples and professionals traveling. It is also an excellent base for easily reaching Umbria, Rome, or taking a break halfway for those heading south.
Every morning you can enjoy a delicious breakfast carefully prepared, with homemade and packaged products. If you have specific dietary needs, we will be happy to prepare a customized breakfast for you. You will find your table and a buffet specifically reserved for your room in the common area, which has been organized in compliance with anti-Covid regulations. Furthermore, if you wish, you can also enjoy breakfast outdoors, on your private balcony or in the common areas, which are also divided to ensure your safety.

Its location is strategic for those traveling from north to south, as it allows for a break in the journey. Nature and art lovers can organize excursions to the numerous attractions of the region, such as the wonderful beaches of Numana and Sirolo, the Frasassi Caves, Lake Pilato in the Sibillini Mountains, the delightful Urbino, the birthplace of Raffaello, Recanati, the birthplace of Leopardi, and Ascoli Piceno, which boasts one of the most charming squares in Italy. In just two hours, you can reach interesting destinations in neighboring regions, such as Rome, Assisi, Castelluccio di Norcia, Gran Sasso, and all the theme parks of the Romagna Riviera. For those who prefer not to travel too far, Valdaso (where the property is located) offers delightful villages along the hills up to the Sibillini Mountains. The beaches cater to all needs: equipped, free, sandy or pebbly, suitable for families but also for those seeking tranquility. Just 10 minutes away, there is a water park and playgrounds for children. For young people, there are open-air discos and pubs. Finally, there are numerous options for typical restaurants, pizzerias, and breweries. At the end of July and throughout the month of August, Campofilone offers a calendar full of events and festivals (including the famous maccheroncini festival) for all tastes, but events also take place every evening in nearby villages. For trekking and mountain biking enthusiasts, there are paths in the surrounding hills, and the Aso River can be reached on foot.
