Our residence is located in an area of great wine value, surrounded by Malvasia DOC grape vineyards, in a place with a spectacular view. We recommend experiencing the flavors of the area through various food and wine itineraries, getting lost in cultural events and exhibitions, taking long walks and marveling at the numerous gardens and beautiful landscapes of the area. The surroundings of our structure offer our guests the opportunity to be amazed by the creations of our artisans. It will be possible to find monuments and archaeological sites of interest to satisfy your desire for knowledge.
Our structure is the ideal location for couples and families who want to find the comforts of their own home in their places of stay, for a romantic vacation in a quiet and private environment, for all those who want to spend time in an unspoiled environment in contact with nature.
We offer our clients rooms with different bathroom options (in-room or external), free wifi, air-conditioned environment, the freedom to return at any time, parking, a parking space, a lovely garden, and a large terrace. We will be happy to welcome you to our restaurant to let you taste our specialties. We will guide you in discovering our areas through trekking, cycling/mountain biking, and horseback riding.
Our air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a hairdryer and internet access. We can accommodate up to 14 guests in:

- 1 room "Malvasia" that can accommodate 2 people

We will be happy to welcome your four-legged friends. The managers speak fluent Italian and English.
Breakfast will be served as a buffet on the outdoor veranda in the summer, in the indoor dining room when temperatures do not allow us to stay outdoors.
You can choose a typically Sardinian breakfast with local meats and cheeses or of course Italian with local products, we will be available for all your needs.
If you choose Loft Tinaia accommodation you will find everything you need for breakfast to be prepared independently without time constraints.
Here you can eat for dinner or enjoy an aperitif at sunset!
Our cuisine is mainly traditional Sardinian and, on request we can prepare: Italian, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free cuisine.
The prices change according to the season and the product served, our goal is to work mainly with local 0 km fresh products, for this reason the prices will be communicated at the time of booking or after the chef has purchased them. (At least early in the morning)
A free fixed menu with two courses will be proposed, you will be able to taste local wines from our cellar.
The restaurant and bar service is reserved for accommodated guests only, with reservations required.
