Our establishment is located just minutes from the shores of the lake, in an area rich in historical, architectural, and cultural sites, in a place with a spectacular view of the lake, famous for the "Battle of Trasimeno" between Hannibal and the Roman army. "Borgo Sanguineto" is a small countryside village where you can breathe the scent of the past, a structure with a unique and unmistakable style. You can choose the comfort of our two apartments (Sanguineto 1 and Sanguineto 2) with pergola and garden, or try our "Torretta, " a unique and exclusive property, ideal for two people.
Our guests will have the opportunity to taste typical local products thanks to the food and wine itineraries of the area, participate in numerous cultural events and unmissable exhibitions, get lost in museums and exhibition spaces, immerse themselves in the tranquility of lush gardens and beautiful landscapes. We recommend the organic oil from the adjacent farm to our establishment.
A short distance from our residence, guests will find culture, sports, entertainment, shopping, events, relaxation, and everything that enriches a vacation.
Our establishment is the ideal location for all families traveling, who will feel at home here, or for a romantic getaway to reconnect and rediscover oneself, for those seeking peace and tranquility in close contact with nature, away from the noise and bustle of the city.
We will offer our guests a private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, heated rooms, air conditioning, free return service, reserved parking space, a beautiful garden with pergola and sun loungers, kitchenette, fully equipped kitchen for cooking (including dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, 4-burner gas stove, sink), barbecue, final cleaning, bed linen, and towels.
In the common outdoor area, there is a splendid panoramic pool to cool off on hot days.
During your stay, you can practice the following activities: hiking, cycling/mountain biking, or various water sports on the nearby beach, including windsurfing, paddleboarding, canoeing, and more.
In the accommodations, our guests will find a hairdryer, internet access, satellite TV, and Smart TV with Prime Video included.
We can accommodate up to 10 guests:
"Sanguineto 1" can accommodate 4 people, with one double bedroom and a sofa bed.
"Sanguineto 2" can accommodate 4 people, with one double bedroom and a sofa bed.
"The Torretta" can accommodate 2 people, with one double bedroom.

From June to September, we rent on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Please enter the correct dates to check actual availability. For requests for different days and periods, please contact us.

Check-out is by 10: 00 AM.
