The De Amicis Bed & Breakfast is located in a green and quiet residential area, in the Campo di Marte neighborhood. It occupies the entire first floor of a charming villa dating back to the early 1900s. Completely renovated, it offers a welcoming environment with elegant and brand new furnishings. It has three beautiful non-smoking rooms, bright and with independent entrances.
Each room is equipped with a private bathroom with a comfortable shower, hairdryer, and a full set of toiletries. Additionally, they are provided with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and autonomous heating. You will also find an LCD TV, a minibar, a complimentary bottle of mineral water, soft sponge towels and bathrobes, parquet floors, a Nespresso machine with a selection of capsules, and delicious chocolates. The classic Italian breakfast is served in an excellent and elegant pastry shop located right next to the B&B.

Furthermore, it is very close to the historic center, which can be easily reached in just 15 minutes on foot.
For those who prefer public transportation, there is a bus stop right in front of the B&B. Additionally, bicycles are available to explore the city and there is parking for cars.
For all those who love to enjoy a great coffee, each room of our cozy B&B is equipped with a modern and award-winning Nespresso Pixie machine, complete with a selection of original capsules, delicious snacks made with biscuits, and exquisite extra dark chocolates. It's all up to you, with no limits.
Furthermore, one of the pastry shops opens its doors as early as 5:30 in the morning, ensuring you a delightful breakfast at your preferred time.
