The house, dating back to the 1920s, is a faithful reproduction of the nearby eighteenth-century villa. It once hosted a collaborator of Carlo Scarpa, one of the greatest Italian architects of the twentieth century. References to the master's work can be admired in the external marble details and the rare wooden floors and details inside.
This wonderful residence has been completely restored, respecting the original proportions and recovering influences from the past. A perfect mix of modern and antique is also reflected in the furnishings, with Venetian prints, bronze statuettes depicting children, paintings, and furniture from different eras, which give the rooms a welcoming, elegant, and familiar atmosphere.
Our guests can take advantage of the private parking, garden, breakfast room, winter garden, and relaxation area. The structure is located in the historic center of the town, dating back to the eighteenth century, and overlooks a branch of the Brenta River, which once extended to the Venice Lagoon, forming the bed of the current Grand Canal. Hence the chosen name. The connection with the lagoon city is evident, as the Riviera del Brenta has been the holiday destination of Venetian nobles since the sixteenth century.
The breakfast is plentiful and diverse, providing a wide range of pastries, savory items, fresh and dried fruits, jams, yogurt, cheeses, cold cuts, cereals, baked goods, fruit juices, and coffee from various suppliers, all sharing one common characteristic: quality.
