Our B&B Annamaria offers two double rooms with private bathroom (+third bed) and a kitchen available to our guests. Our house is surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden of 4000 sqm. During the summer season you can enjoy your meals under the porch and take advantage of our barbecue grill and ping pong table. We also introduce you to our animals: 3 dogs of different sizes, 2 horses, 3 goats and other farm animals. We also offer private parking for cars, motorcycles and bicycles. Our guests can use 2 bicycles and informational material about the area. Our family is at your disposal to organize walking and horseback tours.
Upon request, we offer a delicious continental and/or local breakfast carefully prepared using fresh ingredients and typical products from the area.
The Annamaria B&B and Morlungo Farm is managed by Annamaria and her family. Annamaria worked for 35 years in a Foundation that manages social, educational, and training services, but in 2000 she also decided to start a B&B activity to share her home with tourists and families. She involved her entire family in the project and together they also developed the agricultural activity of her husband Piero and son Mario, integrating it with rural hospitality and the Didactic Farm located in the same area. Beatrice, their daughter who is a primary school teacher and has a degree in foreign languages, contributes to making the experience of foreign guests even more special. Guido, their son who is a student of agronomy, takes care of creating a welcoming and pleasant environment for the guests of the Annamaria B&B and Morlungo Farm.
Our B&B is located just a 10-minute walk from the historic city center and about 1500 meters from the swimming pool, tennis court, and sports field. In addition, the Extense shopping center (just 100 meters away) and the hospital (250 meters away) are conveniently located nearby.
