Our facility is completely new, it is a recently renovated ground floor apartment. It has private bathrooms, modern furnishings, and a welcoming entrance. We wanted to add a touch of originality with a poster showing the beautiful hills, to let you imagine the enchanting landscape that awaits you during the discovery of our territories.
We offer a breakfast room with a variety of dishes, including homemade pastries, different types of cookies, and fresh fruit. We are also available to meet your special requests as much as possible. You can enjoy your privacy by having breakfast in your room, using a convenient personalized tray with hand embroidery that will allow you to reach your private tables.
Furthermore, you will have access to a large courtyard equipped with tables and chairs, directly accessible from the rooms. Each room is equipped with a thermostat that will allow you to adjust the temperature to your liking, both with air conditioning during the summer and heating during the winter. In each bathroom, you will find a convenient dresser equipped with a hairdryer, hand soap dispenser, and plastic cups.
We also offer new and comfortable apartments located in a quiet neighborhood of our city, Alba, 1.3 km from the historic center. The train station is only 200 meters away, the bus stop is 30 meters away, and there is the possibility of parking in the courtyard or in the garage area. It is also possible to rent a car just 50 meters away.
Our delightful breakfast room will offer you a variety of delicacies to enjoy at the buffet, such as fresh bread, homemade cakes, croissants, cookies, toast, jams, spreads, focaccia, and fresh fruit.
You will also have access to the refrigerator, which will be stocked with yogurt, cold cuts, fruit juices, butter, and milk.
Furthermore, we provide a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and espresso and cappuccino machine for your convenience.

My husband and I personally manage our bed and breakfast. We have dedicated passion to this project because we love our wonderful city, one of the many gems of Italy. For a long time, we have desired to create a welcoming establishment to accommodate our numerous tourists. We are only 1.5 km away from Garibaldi Square. You can easily reach the city center on foot, with a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can leave your car in our convenient communal parking, always available, and use the urban bus service from Monday to Saturday. The bus stop is just a few steps away from our communal courtyard. We will be happy to provide you with all the details about the bus schedule.
