Balice Antica Dimora
Balice Antica Dimora is located in the beautiful countryside of Monopoli, surrounded by almond and olive trees and just a few minutes from the enchanting Adriatic Sea.
Recently renovated using "bio" construction techniques and materials that reflect the local territory and the tradition of Puglian farmhouses, Balice Antica Dimora offers two independent accommodations with air conditioning and wifi. The first accommodation, called "Almond/Olive", can accommodate 2 to 4 people and has a surface area of 30+45 sqm. The second accommodation, called "Carob", can accommodate up to 6 people and has a surface area of 65 sqm. Both accommodations have separate entrances, kitchens, bedrooms with double beds, and private bathrooms.
The accommodations are tastefully furnished and designed to offer guests maximum comfort and relaxation. Guests can also enjoy the swimming pool and its solarium, outdoor showers, the English lawn, and the spacious outdoor areas equipped with shaded gazebos and garden furniture. There is also a private and fenced parking area available.
Guests staying for a minimum of 2 nights will have exclusive access to the entire accommodation, including the use of the kitchen, hairdryer, soaps, and shower. They can also enjoy the swimming pool (available from approximately June 1st, depending on weather conditions) and scheduled linen changes. Electricity and water consumption and the final cleaning of the entire apartment will be calculated and settled separately.
Furthermore, guests will have free access to a private entrance and a parking area leading to one of the most charming and characteristic coves in the area (Porto Marzano).
Unlike a Bed and Breakfast, Balice Antica Dimora's "short lets / self-catering" formula offers the exclusive use of the entire accommodation (regardless of the total number of guests) upon key delivery. This makes it ideal for families or groups, as well as individuals, who want to enjoy their vacation (even a short one) with complete freedom and independence.

· "OLIVE", 4 beds, 45.00 sqm. Consisting of: Entrance with a living room, sofa bed and kitchenette, double bedroom with possibility of adding a baby bed and / or sofa bed, independent bathroom.
· "SUITE" CARRUBO, 6 beds, 55.00 sqm.
