Balate Dimora in Centro
This building is a small bourgeois home dating back to the late 19th century, which has been carefully renovated, respecting the architecture and original materials typical of the area. It has three bedrooms, all furnished with Sicilian modern and vintage pieces, two doubles and one quadruple, arranged on three different levels to ensure privacy and comfort for our guests. Each room has a private bathroom, balconies and/or terrace with panoramic views of Ibla and the Santa Domenica Valley. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, LED TV, courtesy set, hair dryer, and Wi-Fi. Additionally, the property has two common spaces on two different floors for reading or relaxation. On the ground floor there is a spacious and modern well-equipped kitchen for guests' use.
Our breakfast is served every day with local products. We bake fresh cakes every day. The breakfast includes freshly baked bread, yogurt, cereals, milk, fruit juices, jam, butter, tea, fresh fruit, coffee, local cheeses, and cold cuts. On request, we also offer a gluten-free breakfast.

Quadruple room consisting of a double bed and two single beds located on the ground floor of our building. Very large room with private bathroom with shower, balcony and window. It is equipped with an air conditioning and heating system, a 32" LED TV, a courtesy set, a hairdryer, a luggage stand and a writing desk.
The bed & breakfast is located in the heart of Ragusa Ibla, just a few minutes from Piazza Duomo where the impressive church of San Giorgio stands. It's situated in the charming Archi neighborhood, or "Sangiovannari", one of the oldest in Ibla, with its narrow alleys and quaint stairways that once housed bourgeoisie, craftsmen, farmers and massari, who were actively involved in grain trade and land management.
