The center of Perugia is a Restricted Traffic Zone (ZTL). However, there are several parking options near the apartment, some of which are free. The paid parking lots of Saba, some of which are covered, offer discounts of up to 70% for long stays, bookable online. Here are the options:
- Just 350 meters away, you will find the parking lot of Mercato Coperto (2.20 euros/hour).
- 550 meters away, both the Sant'Antonio parking lot and the one on Via Ripa di Meana (1.70 euros/hour).
- A bit further away, you will find the parking lots of Piazzale Europa (1.30 euros/hour) and Piazza Partigiani (1.70 euros/hour), the latter connected to Corso Vannucci via a moving staircase that crosses the charming Rocca Paolina.
Furthermore, there are also free spots available on Viale Sant'Antonio (make sure not to park in areas reserved for residents), on Viale Roma, and in Piazzale Cupa.
From Piazza Partigiani, there are intercity buses that connect Perugia to various nearby towns, such as Deruta, Gubbio, Gualdo Tadino, Assisi, Bettona, Todi, and Città della Pieve.
