The following BOOKING CONDITIONS make the management's work transparent: - 30% advance payment upon booking the total amount with a credit card or bank transfer. - Balance of the stay upon delivery of the keys. - Cash deposit upon delivery of the keys. - Animals are not allowed inside the accommodations unless specifically requested. - The price of the stay is formulated for a number of people requested at the time of the estimate, and therefore for guests who will be registered. - The presence of unregistered occasional guests for a stay or overnight stay in the accommodations is prohibited. From 9: 00 PM the reception is closed, please contact the facility to communicate any delays beyond 9: 00 PM. By making an online or telematic reservation, the Customer accepts and undertakes to observe these Contractual Conditions. The customer can choose between the various available accommodations: Villetta Plus, Villetta Standard and Villetta Pet, according to the respective rates and services offered. The accommodations chosen by the Customer cannot be changed. The managers will be able to provide you with the information you need not only in Italian, but also in English and Spanish.
