Our vacation home is located in Marina di Modica, a district of Modica just a few meters away from beaches and local establishments. "Athena Residence" is a hospitable and refined structure, paying great attention to detail.

Our structure is the perfect place for families who want to find the comforts of their own home in their place of stay, thanks to the services dedicated to your children, for meetings and business stays, or for a dream vacation in a romantic and discreet environment.
Free WiFi, free return, parking, car park, a beautiful garden, and a large terrace are all available to our customers.
The following BOOKING CONDITIONS make the management's work transparent:
- 30% advance payment upon booking the total amount with a credit card or bank transfer.
- Balance of the stay upon delivery of the keys.
- Cash deposit upon delivery of the keys.
- Animals are not allowed inside the accommodations unless specifically requested.
- The price of the stay is formulated for a number of people requested at the time of the estimate, and therefore for guests who will be registered.
- The presence of unregistered occasional guests for a stay or overnight stay in the accommodations is prohibited.
From 9: 00 PM the reception is closed, please contact the facility to communicate any delays beyond 9: 00 PM.
By making an online or telematic reservation, the Customer accepts and undertakes to observe these Contractual Conditions.
The customer can choose between the various available accommodations: Villetta Plus, Villetta Standard and Villetta Pet, according to the respective rates and services offered.
The accommodations chosen by the Customer cannot be changed.
The managers will be able to provide you with the information you need not only in Italian, but also in English and Spanish.
If you wish to have breakfast in the privacy of your room, we will be happy to bring it directly to you. Our typical Italian breakfast includes milk, coffee, biscuits, jam, yogurt and fruit juice. However, if you prefer, we can make some substitutions without altering the overall breakfast: you can request tea instead of coffee, toast instead of biscuits, honey instead of jam, and fresh fruit instead of yogurt.
