At Fourth B&B
"At Fourth" B&B is a delightful residence built in the late 1960s and renovated in 2022, located just 20 meters from the sea on the wonderful Poetto beach in Cagliari.
It is a single-level, quiet and comfortable house, ideal for any time of the year. Its surroundings offer a lot, as it is located in a position that allows you to enjoy both the city's amenities and the nearby beach without the need for any means of transportation, simply by crossing the road! A few hundred meters away is the Molentargius Park, a natural oasis where you can admire the majestic pink flamingos.
Leaving nothing to chance, we have carefully considered every solution to create a harmonious and welcoming space. Therefore, we have designed simple, bright and comfortable environments that are in tune with the spirit of the place and the tastes of our guests.
The two comfortable bedrooms are equipped with private facilities, and guests can enjoy a lush garden where breakfast will be served during the summer months.
The delightful continental breakfast offered includes a variety of options to start your day off right. You can enjoy milk, tea or coffee, accompanied by fresh bread and butter. For yogurt lovers, you will find a selection of delicious flavors. Handcrafted jams will make your breakfast even sweeter. If you prefer fresh fruit juices or crunchy cereals, you will not be disappointed. There will be delights to satisfy every taste.
Room Earth is a single room, refurbished with high-standard materials and well fitted and furnished with period furniture and original tiled floor. It comfortably accommodates one person and if necessary a second bed can be added. An independent air-conditioning unit and heating are fitted within the room and in addition the following services are provided: -Mini - bar -Free Wi-Fi -Safe box to lock up and to preserve values -Ceiling fan -Direct access from the garden A bathroom ensuite with any necessary fittings and appliances (i.e. WC, bidet, shower and hairdryer) is provided to the guest.
Room Air is a double room, refurbished with high-standard materials and well fitted and furnished with period furniture and original tiled floor. Room Fire is a wide double room, refurbished with high-standard materials and well fitted and furnished with period furniture. Furthermore, Room Fire is also characterized by the presence of a well sized fireside which could be kindled during winter months, sipping a good cup of tea in front of the warm hearth. The whole atmosphere would be enhanced by the fireside, adding even more appeal and fascination to the entire room. It comfortably accommodates two persons and if necessary a third bed can be added. As usual, an independent air-conditioning unit and heating are fitted within the room and in addition the following services are provided: -Mini - bar -Free Wi-Fi -Safe box to lock up and to preserve values A bathroom ensuite with any necessary fittings and appliances (i.e. WC, bidet, shower and hairdryer) is provided to the guest.
In the Family room you will find maximum comfort in a family format. The Family room consists of a double bedroom which, by closing the door of a small hallway, communicates with a separate bedroom. The latter is equipped with a single bed or a double bed depending on your needs. The Family room, equipped with independent air conditioning and heating, is also equipped with many other comforts, so as to ensure a pleasant stay: -2 minibars -A small kitchenette: sink + microwave -Free Wi-Fi connection -2 Safes -Direct access from the garden Two ensuite bathrooms are reserved for guests of the Family room, including all services (Wc, Sink, Bidet, Shower and Hair Dryer).
