Our guesthouse, named "The House of Artists 1 and The House of Sportsmen", was inaugurated on March 21, 2009, and is a recently built structure.
Located in the historical center of Nettuno, it enjoys a panoramic view of the Tyrrhenian Sea coast, approximately 50 km south of Rome. This area is considered one of the most beautiful in the region, overlooking the Gulf of Anzio and Nettuno, the place where the Anglo-American Allied troops landed on January 22, 1944.
Our residence is just a few steps away from important historical, political, and artistic landmarks such as the Town Hall, Sangallo Fortress, Astura Tower, Medieval Village, Santa Maria Goretti and Our Lady Madonna delle Grazie Sanctuaries, the American Monumental Cemetery, the English Cemetery, the Tourist Port, the Train Station, the Beaches, and the Police Inspectors' School.
At our welcoming reception, guests can enjoy a coffee or an aperitif, converse, and read the most popular newspapers that we offer. Additionally, they will have access to road maps and schedules for trains, buses, hydrofoils, and ferries, and they can turn to our staff for any information they may need.
The breakfast included in your stay offers a selection of delights to start the day in the best possible way. You can enjoy a delicious cappuccino or coffee, accompanied by a variety of jams (apricot, strawberry, mixed berries, blackberry, peach, etc.). To accompany these tasty flavors, you will have at your disposal toast and butter, tea and hot chocolate, yogurt and fresh fruit. Furthermore, you can choose between still or sparkling water and enjoy biscuits, tartlets, plum cake, and various fruit juices to complete your breakfast.
Located in the heart of the city, this central area offers easy access to all the most popular activities. You will be able to easily reach the beaches, the marina, and the charming medieval village. Additionally, you will be close to the train station and the bus stop, making your travels convenient. There is certainly no shortage of options to satisfy your palate, with a wide selection of restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors, and pubs.
