You are on the marvelous La Salle Hill, a scenic route that offers unforgettable views of Mont Blanc and Dora Baltea, with numerous trails and high paths to explore.

The house is located just a few steps from the picturesque Chatelard Tower and is surrounded by a terraced garden, which can be directly accessed from the bedrooms and the living room. This passive house was built to maintain a comfortable climate without the use of boilers or refrigeration systems. It is heated, illuminated, and air-conditioned using solar, photovoltaic, and geothermal energy. All guests are invited to participate in this ecological choice.

The house has three bedrooms, each with a French window overlooking the garden or terrace, and a private bathroom. The first-floor living room is a cozy and open space, perfect for enjoying a delicious breakfast at any time. From the living room, you can then directly access the lawn to enjoy a coffee or a drink.

On the ground floor, there is a tavern-kitchen, ideal for pleasant evenings with friends. We are happy to welcome pets as well and often take care of them. We can let them run freely in the woods, which is only 5 meters away from the room.

This house is the perfect place for a romantic vacation, an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery. Furthermore, if you are a sports enthusiast, you will find everything you desire nearby: a horse riding center, rafting in Morgex, ski resorts in La Thuile and Courmayeur, hiking trails, mountain biking, and canyoning. We are also a short distance from the renowned Pré Saint Didier Thermal Baths, the Mont Blanc cable car, and the Ferret and Veny valleys.
