Our accommodation, which dates back to 1960 and was passionately built by our loving grandparents, has been passed down to us grandchildren with the task of preserving it and taking care of it in their memory. Since 2018, we have embarked on this exciting adventure, supported by the experience accumulated in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Our main goal is to make you feel at home, even if only for one night. Take advantage of the opportunity to experience an adventure along the various routes of Lunigiana. You can visit the nearby fortresses or travel kilometers along the Via Francigena with our E-Bikes. The parking in front of the property is private and monitored by cameras, but it is located on the road. The city center is only 1 km away and there are shops within 100 meters, with the first restaurant located 200 meters away.
Each room is equipped with a minibar, TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
Breakfast is served buffet-style.
A delightful buffet breakfast awaits you every morning. You can enjoy a variety of pastries, savory items, yogurts, cereals, coffee, cappuccino, tea, and much more. Additionally, we are able to accommodate the needs of those with lactose and gluten intolerances, upon request.
We are at your complete disposal regarding your favorite excursions. You can visit the different fortresses in our area or take trips by sea. Alternatively, you can take trips to Lunigiana, go on bike circuits, or visit nearby places such as Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, and Volterra. These destinations are all very close to each other. The beaches are only 6 km away. We will provide you with all the information you need and, if you wish, we will also be ready to accompany you as tour guides.
You can find us in Sarzana, a charming Ligurian town located in the Lunigiana region, on the borders with Tuscany. Thanks to its strategic geographical position, Sarzana offers the opportunity to easily reach numerous tourist destinations within a few kilometers. Just 35 km away, you can visit the famous Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, Viareggio, and Forte dei Marmi. Sarzana is therefore the ideal starting point to explore these fascinating places.
