Located in front of the entrance to the Arena artists' arena, the balcony offers a view of the internal arches and a high vantage point to admire the city's main square. This historic building dates back to the 1600s and has been owned by our family for several generations. The apartments are located on the first, second, and third floors of the structure. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi throughout the building. The kitchen is spacious and features a dishwasher, with access to a 40 sqm terrace at the back, equipped with a large umbrella for outdoor dining. The washing machine is provided for those on long trips. Satellite TV, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle are essential to make you feel at home. Last but not least, we have a garage just a short walk from the property, which is particularly useful during the summer period, especially during opera performances when the influx of visitors to Verona reaches very high levels.

Welcome to Verona! I'm Gabriella, a long-time resident of this beautiful city. I have decided to transform my childhood home into a tourist accommodation so that I can share with you the unique atmosphere that is breathed here, living so close to one of the world's most famous historical monuments: the Arena of Verona.
I have been fortunate enough to live in Oxford and Cologne as well, but Verona has always been my true home. I know this city like the back of my hand and I am excited to show you all the wonders it has to offer.
