The building, dating back to the early 1900s, has been renovated and carefully designed by the owners, who have modernized the four rooms occupying the entire second floor of the building. In the morning, guests will be awakened by the nostalgic chime of the adjacent church of San Francesco, built on top of a pre-existing Romanesque church.

The B&B offers four rooms and two bathrooms for its guests, equipped with a bathtub and shower.
The Celeste Room is a double room with two comfortable armchairs where you can read in peace the books available to guests. The view overlooks the beautiful internal garden.
The Cyclamen Room is a double room that overlooks the green oasis, with a view of the bell tower of the church of San Francesco.
The Red Room is a single room full of light. It has a wonderful view of the Arco di San Francesco, a building dating back to 1200.
The Yellow Room is a spacious triple room with three beds. The bright room overlooks the oldest part of the complex of the church of San Francesco.
In our establishment, we provide a delightful and plentiful breakfast that is served in the communal room. Here, our guests can enjoy a moment of relaxation, making use of our cozy reading corner and having free access to our family library. During the summer season, it is possible to enjoy breakfast in our charming gazebo in the garden, admiring the splendid view of the San Francesco bell tower.
