Our cozy apartment, located on the fifth floor, is the perfect choice for a simple and comfortable stay for up to two people. This accommodation is perfect for couples and friends who want to experience an authentic stay. Our apartment is located in the Loreto neighborhood, just a five-minute walk from the M1 and M2 metro stations, which will allow you to reach the city center quickly and conveniently.
Please note that the apartment is on the fifth floor and the elevator only goes up to the fourth floor. After taking the elevator, you will need to climb two flights of stairs (approximately 30 steps) to reach the apartment.

Also known as Nord di Loreto, this neighborhood is home to the wonderful Trotter Park, recognized by FAI as an environmental asset of the city. One of the iconic attractions in this area is the Beltrade Cinema, a venue that opened its doors in 1920 and offers screenings of concert films and rare art films that are hard to find elsewhere.
There are certainly no shortage of places to enjoy delicious meals or have an aperitif. This area is well connected to the rest of the city and can be easily reached via tram line 1, bus lines 174, 56, 55, 62, 81, and NM1, as well as the subway stations on the red line M1 and green line M2 at Loreto (M1 and M2), Caiazzo (M2), and Pasteur (M1). Additionally, just a short walk away is Milan Centrale train station and, thanks to the subway, it is possible to reach the Duomo in just 10 minutes.
