The apartment is spread over two levels, featuring a spacious and bright living room on the ground floor with a fireplace, sofa bed, and smart TV, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes an oven, kettle, and microwave. If you are traveling by car, there is a paid public parking lot approximately 200 meters away, operational from 08:00 to 14:00, Monday to Saturday, at a rate of 0.75 cents per hour.
