The recently renovated apartment offers completely new furnishings and appliances inside, while the exterior has been improved with thermal insulation on the facade and new windows for excellent sound and thermal insulation.

Every detail is designed to make you feel at home. You will find all the necessary comforts, from appliances to free Wi-Fi connection, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare a quick meal or a relaxing dinner.

At the entrance, on your left, you will find the bathroom, equipped with a washing machine, iron, and clothes rack, and a modern spacious shower, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day or starting the morning with energy.

Continuing along the corridor, still on the left, you will find the bedroom, spacious and bright, with a balcony, air conditioning, a dresser or tall wardrobes with mirrors and hangers for your clothes.

From the corridor, you access the living room, bright and welcoming, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, air conditioning, a dining table that can also be used for remote work, and a kitchen complete with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, plates, glasses, wine glasses, coffee maker, oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee, and all the utensils necessary for cooking.

From the living room, you have access to a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, where smoking is allowed thanks to the presence of an ashtray.
