This charming apartment, situated on the first and last floor, enjoys a double east/west exposure with two balconies overlooking both the city street and a quiet inner courtyard. The interior consists of two bedrooms - one double and one triple with a double bed and a single bed - as well as a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony. The apartment is completed by a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Within a five-minute walk from the Tribunal apartments, you will find Rena Bianca beach (blue flag for over 30 years) with its crystal-clear waters and, high above, the majestic Torre di Longosardo, built in the 16th century by the Spaniards to control the naval traffic of the strait.
Just outside the town is the nuragic site of Lu Brandali with the Tomb of the Giants. Three kilometers away is the Capo Testa peninsula, a Site of Community Interest (SIC), of great beauty with its granite formations, Roman quarries, picturesque beaches, and lighthouse.
From the port of Santa Teresa, ferries depart and in fifty minutes will take you to Bonifacio, Corsica, where you can visit the charming medieval old town overlooking the sea.
Just 20 km away, you can admire the famous Capo d'Orso Rock in Palau, or set sail for La Maddalena (15 minutes by ferry), which together with its archipelago is a Geo-Marine National Park.
