The property is situated in the heart of the protected marine reserve of Plemmirio, with its pristine blue sea. It consists of four double rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and all the necessary amenities, as well as a swimming pool. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people. The entire property is fenced and has a parking area. The house is surrounded by a large, beautiful garden and a paved veranda, equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers, and tables. The house boasts a large and modern kitchen that overlooks the veranda in front of the pool. It is ideal for families with children as it is well-fenced and surrounded by greenery. Access to the pool is also allowed for guests of a second property within the same complex, with a maximum capacity of 4 people.

Our breakfast

Breakfast is the defining moment of the B&B. Prepared directly by chef Carlo, it is a perfect combination of sweet and savory. For this reason, a open kitchen has been created where guests can take a seat on stools around the work table with the chef. The breakfast tables can be placed wherever the customer prefers: on the lawn in front of the room, by the pool, in the lounge, or in the beautiful patio with the olive tree. Fresh seasonal fruit is always present in large quantities on the rich buffet. In addition to the typical traditional cuisine, the chef is not at all averse to dipping into international cuisine, as well as into the pool.
