The property is situated in the heart of the protected marine reserve of Plemmirio, with its pristine blue sea. It consists of four double rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and all the necessary amenities, as well as a swimming pool. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people.
The entire property is fenced and has a parking area. The house is surrounded by a large, beautiful garden and a paved veranda, equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers, and tables.

The manager is Chef Carlo Puglisi, a 65-year-old from Syracuse who owns the Apollonion restaurant in Syracuse (Ortigia), which is currently ranked among the top positions in important international guides and travel portals.
Since 2016, he has left the direct management of the restaurant to his children, Renzo and Monica, to fully dedicate himself to his lifelong dream, the Apollonion Country House, together with his wife Mirella.
