The "Delux" Palazzetto offers two units dedicated to micro-hospitality, both located on the same floor of the building (top floor) accessible by elevator. The Delux Apartment is an independent apartment with a bright living room, dining and relaxation area, equipped kitchen, double bedroom with windowed bathroom and shower. The Delux Mini Suite is a separate area inside the main apartment, completely independent, with entrance, double bedroom, ante-room and large bathroom with tub. Both units have exposed beams and wooden parquet floors, air conditioning, free wifi, flat-screen TV, electric shutters on the windows, courtesy set and soft towels for the bathroom. The location is convenient to reach the center and the outskirts of the city, with supermarkets, essential shops, bars/pastry shops under the house and restaurants and pizzerias in the surrounding area. Public parking nearby is free, or paid at €10 per day with remote control. The property is located 400 meters from the station for Venice and 300 meters from the bus station for Jesolo, Asolo, Valdobiadene land of Prosecco and ancient villas in the surrounding area. It is also 7 km from the Monigo rugby stadium and bicycles are available for hire near the property. On request, a cot for children aged 0 to 3 years is available at a cost of €15 for the stay. Cleaning fees are €30 and must be paid upon arrival. In addition, if available, it is possible to use the bicycles offered by the property free of charge.
