Apartament Pero
The apartment is located on the main street of Pero, right in the city center, close to Pero metro station and the Fiera Milano Rho. It is a cozy attic in a detached villa, with a comfortable sleeping area, a relaxing main room, a terrace, and a private bathroom. You can enjoy air conditioning during hot days. The area is well served, with many bars, pizzerias, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, laundromats, and a large playground for children. The center of Milan is easily accessible in a few minutes by metro or car. Free parking is available for cars 50 meters from the house. Parking in front of the house is free from 19:30 to 8:30 and all day on Sunday. A few kilometers away, there is a highway that connects in all directions.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double sofa bed, connected to a living room/kitchenette with a queen-size sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. In total, there are 4 beds. The main room in the kitchen area is equipped with a sink, refrigerator, kettle, microwave oven, and a single induction stove for cooking. The entire apartment is covered by wifi. There is a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, towels, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, such as dishes, glasses, pots, etc. Sugar, coffee, tea, herbal teas, salt, and oil are provided. Guests staying for at least two days will receive a welcome drink and a snack (a bottle of water, a bottle of Italian wine, and savory snacks).
The terrace (10 sqm) is equipped with a table, sun loungers, and an ashtray. You can comfortably arrange your meals and enjoy moments of complete relaxation in the shade of a wooden patio.
Please note that there is no gas for cooking in the apartment.
The entrance is shared with the owners, while the apartment is exclusively dedicated to guests. Guests will receive the host's phone number/WhatsApp for any needs at any time.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
A mandatory tourist tax of 2.00 euros per adult per night is required.

The entrance (South Gate) is easily reachable in just 8 minutes on foot or with one subway stop (Rho Fiera). The Milano Fair in Rho is the largest exhibition park in Milan, where Expo 2015 was held. In addition to the Fair, you will also find the Milano Innovation District (MIND) and the Expo 2015 Village.
MILANO INNOVATION DISTRICT (MIND) | EXPO 2015 VILLAGE
The access (West Entrance Triulza) is easily reachable in just 30 minutes on foot, 8 minutes by car or with one subway stop (Rho Fiera). The Experience is an urban park located in the area of Expo 2015, called Mind - Milano Innovation District. During the summer, it hosts events for both adults and children, concerts and performances, as well as the unmissable performances of the Tree of Life. You can access the events from the West Entrance Triulza, where the ticket office is also located. It is also the closest area to parking lots, subway stations, and trains.
MILAN METRO
We are just a 4-minute walk from the Pero subway station (red line MM1), from which you can easily reach the center of Milan in 20 minutes without changing lines. In 15 minutes by subway, you can reach the train station, from where you can depart for Venice, Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, Florence, the Ligurian Sea, and many other places.

The apartment is only a 3-minute walk from a very well-equipped playground, ideal for our younger guests to play in complete safety.

San Siro Stadium is easily reachable in just 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes by subway, or 1 hour on foot.
