The bed and breakfast is located in the center of Mandello del Lario in a typical 18th-century Lombard house. The structure consists of two housing units that share a large courtyard. We offer three spacious rooms with independent entrances, all with private bathrooms, as well as apartments. Guests can enjoy the courtyard equipped with tables and the cellar, a characteristic environment with a vaulted ceiling and exposed stone walls, furnished with antique furniture.

They can also enjoy the courtyard, equipped with tables, and the cellar: a very characteristic room with a vaulted ceiling and exposed stone walls, furnished with antique furniture and a large table.
Just a few tens of meters away, our guests can find all services such as car parks, pharmacies, banks, grocery stores, mini-markets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, and self-service laundromats.
Mandello del Lario, located on the eastern shores of Lake Como, is a tourist destination with a fantastic climate, ideal for pleasant walks and excursions of any duration and difficulty. The town is surrounded by the majestic walls and towers of Monte Grigna.
On the ground floor of the house, you can find what remains of the ancient mechanical workshop of the B&B owner's great-uncle, Giorgio Ripamonti, nicknamed Ferée (blacksmith in Lombard dialect). This workshop was frequented in the 1900s by the young mechanical and motor enthusiast, Carlo Guzzi, who in 1919, after the First World War, designed a motorcycle prototype and realized his dream with the help of his uncle Giorgio. In March 1921, together with his friend and partner Giorgio Parodi, Carlo Guzzi founded the famous Moto Guzzi Company.
Outside the house, a commemorative plaque of this story has been placed by the "Archivio Comunale Memoria Locale" Association. Therefore, we decided to preserve and renovate this part of the workshop, creating a small museum.
