B&B Antica Maison
Located in the heart of Loreto's historic center, the Bed and Breakfast Antica Maison invites guests to stay in a refined residence on the first floor of an 18th-century building, just 50 meters from the Basilica of the Holy House, one of the oldest and most significant pilgrimage sites in the world. Its central location makes it easy to access nearby towns such as Recanati, Porto Recanati, and the gems of the Conero Riviera, as well as serving as a convenient starting point for exploring the wonders of the Marche region.
The property maintains the authentic charm of a historic home, enhanced by newly renovated spaces that blend family warmth with refined taste. Fausta and Livio, the hosts, welcome guests with attentiveness and kindness, creating a relaxed atmosphere with meticulous attention to detail.
The three rooms, named Ambra, Rubino, and Zaffiro, can be configured as either matrimonial or double rooms, with the option to add a third bed. Each room features a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, LED TV, and free Wi-Fi. Common areas include a reception lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, where a buffet breakfast is served each morning.
Breakfast consists of a selection of sweet and savory items, including pastries, fruit tarts, homemade cakes, jams, cereals, juices, fresh fruit, and local specialties, designed to cater to all tastes. The kitchen is available for guests' use during their stay and is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, and refrigerator.

For its location is to be considered the most quiet room. Possibility to add a bed at additional cost.
