On the hill overlooking Fabriano in its most exclusive area and just 800 meters from the historic center, our two recently built B&Bs stand in a panoramic position over the entire town. Their excellent location makes them particularly suitable for visiting the Fabrianese area as well as the surrounding natural beauties that serve as a backdrop and are easily accessible, such as the Frasassi Caves (15 km), the Gola della Rossa Park (12 km), and the Monte Cucco Park (19 km).

The strictly family-run management combined with courtesy and hospitality is an excellent alternative for informal and affordable accommodation, based on an environment closely connected to local customs and traditions that will make you appreciate the beauty of our land and its food and wine products.

The enviable location of the two structures will allow you to enjoy wonderful panoramas and comfortable and quiet rooms where you can have a pleasant stay in the Marche region. The geographical proximity to Umbria will also easily allow you to visit the nearby UNESCO World Heritage sites of Gubbio (30 km) and Assisi (45 km).
