Welcome to the Antica Dimora Country House and Fiordaliso Camping in Sarnano.
Nothing is more extraordinary than the nature that has painted this picture. Imagine the magic of a starry sky as a blanket. The sounds and scents of nature surround you. The large oak tree and the mountains frame the scene. Imagine taking a dip in the pool on hot days. The cool breeze in the shade of the old fig tree. All of this is possible here at Antica Dimora.
This was my grandparents' house and even before them, it was in our family. I grew up here and renovated it with passion and love to make it suitable for all of you who want to come and enjoy this harmony.
Whether it's for a day or a week, I assure you that your stay will be pleasant and memorable.
Our recently renovated earthquake-proof apartments are comfortable and well-furnished, with one or two bedrooms depending on your needs, well-equipped kitchens, bathrooms with showers, TV, and WiFi. They can accommodate from two to eight people, and each has an independent entrance. Some have mountain views, others overlook the garden, and one two-bedroom apartment is equipped for guests with disabilities.
The garden is very spacious, and you can dine outdoors in the shade of our ancient fig tree while comfortably cooking on the barbecue.
The pool offers refreshment during the summer months and is ideal for families with children who can play freely, as well as for those traveling with their four-legged friends.
For those who prefer the ancient charm of the medieval village, you can choose to stay in the magnificent historic residence of Antico Palazzo Sulpizi Dal Pero. The Palace offers splendid accommodations in the heart of Sarnano, and from the terrace, you can admire the entire village nestled among the Sibillini Mountains.
And finally, our brand new campsite is equipped with tent pitches for those who love a nature-immersed vacation.
The inspiration that guided us in this new adventure is to offer a way to truly live and explore the territory, in contact with nature. Our motto is to marvel every day at the extraordinary beauty that surrounds us, and for this reason, in addition to offering traditional campsite services such as the pool, free WiFi, and barbecue area.
We have set up charming caravans that will transport you into the fairy tale of "Alice in Wonderland," where nothing is as it seems and where everything has a moral.. you just have to find it.
You can feel a bit crazy in our "Cheshire Cat Caravan" or experience the intensity of a moment in the "White Rabbit Caravan".. the choice is yours, remembering that there is never a limit to our dreams.
The campsite also has pitches for campers, caravans, and tents, with the possibility of using the new common room and refreshment point.
And still! How can you resist the pleasure of a refreshing swim in the pool and the relaxation of a beautiful mountain view? It is also pleasant to read in the shade of the surrounding ancient trees or admire the lotus flowers in the nearby pond, a little relaxation and conversation with family and friends while sipping a cool drink or a nice glass of wine.
The pool area certainly adds great value to our facility and the well-being of our guests. It is centrally located, easily accessible, and allows you to enjoy fantastic days in the enchanting panorama of the Sibillini Mountains.
Antica Dimora provides overnight stays with a "basket" breakfast for short stays and a welcome basket for longer stays.

We find ourselves on the gentle hills of Macerata, with on one side the charming medieval village of Sarnano and on the other the peaks of the Sibillini Mountains. Sarnano, one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy" and awarded the "Orange Flag of the Italian Touring Club," tells stories of past eras and captivating challenges between districts, which you can admire during our events and historical reenactments.
In Sarnano, you will have the opportunity to visit the Path of the Lost Waterfalls and, in the immediate vicinity of the Ancient Residence, you can reach the enchanting Soffiano waterfall with a pleasant walk, nestled in the wild valley of the Rio Terro. Furthermore, in the forest just a few meters from the structure, you can also admire our wonderful waterfall!
Our ancient thermal baths, recently relocated to a new location, stand out for offering traditional thermal treatments and high-quality wellness treatments. Just a few kilometers away, the ski slopes offer sports and entertainment during the winter months.
Surrounding us are numerous small villages and cities of art to visit and discover, as well as many nature trails in the Sibillini Mountains National Park. You will have the pleasure of exploring our land with excursions, guided tours, and pleasant walks, combining nature and art, landscapes and culture, gastronomy, and shopping.. there is so much to discover!
