The property is located in a 1600s building in the historic center, where a restricted traffic area (ZTL) is in force and parking and transit are only allowed from 12:00 to 17:00 and from 20:00 to 8:30, as well as on holidays. Before your arrival, you will be contacted via phone message to communicate your arrival time and provide you with all the information about the most convenient and nearby parking areas. Just 500 meters from the property, you will find a secure and covered paid parking, while the nearest free parking is only 700 meters away, reachable in less than 10 minutes on foot.

Additionally, in order to comply with the regional tourism law in Tuscany, we will also provide packaged breakfasts directly in your rooms. The Bed & Breakfast "Antica Cittadella" is located on the second floor of a recently renovated ancient building in the heart of the historic center of Arezzo.
The building is situated just a short distance from Corso Italia, the main pedestrian street in the center, and it is the perfect location for art lovers who wish to visit the numerous beauties of Arezzo, as well as for those who want to actively participate in the events organized by the city. Just a hundred meters away, you can find places of interest such as the Basilica of San Francesco, famous for the cycle of frescoes by Piero della Francesca "The Legend of the True Cross," and the church of Santa Maria della Pieve. A bit further away (about two hundred meters) are the Arezzo Cathedral, the Medici Fortress, the birthplace of Francesco Petrarca, and Piazza Vasari (Piazza Grande), a spectacular setting for the evocative Saracen Joust, one of the most famous historical reenactments in Tuscany, which takes place on the penultimate Saturday of June and the first Sunday of September, involving the entire city, especially the central area.
