A brand new Bed & Breakfast created with great attention to comfort and privacy, managed with familiar courtesy. The establishment we present on our website offers the best in terms of accommodation, furnishings, and services to make your stay in Numana a truly enjoyable experience. Breakfast is served in a beautiful equipped garden or in the veranda lounge, from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. Bath and bed linen are carefully washed and sterilized by specialized companies, just like in a quality hotel.

We have double and triple rooms, all with private bathroom, mini fridge, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, desk, and luggage rack. For families or business stays, we have created a Suite-Family Room, consisting of two connecting double rooms with a central common area and a private bathroom, suitable for accommodating 5/6 people.
Since all rooms have direct access from the garden, the keys will be delivered directly to you, which you will have to return upon departure, respecting only the cleaning schedule.
Breakfast is included in the room price and is served from 7:30 to 11:00, both in the garden and in the veranda room. The breakfast menu offers a variety of hot beverages such as tea, coffee, cappuccino, barley, hot chocolate, as well as high-quality milk and soy milk. You can enjoy fresh fruit juices, fruit squeezes, creamy yogurt with various topping options, pastries and croissants, tarts, cakes, fresh fruit salad, bread, butter, and jams.
If you desire a quick snack, we offer a wide selection of rich salads, caprese, prosciutto and melon, sandwiches, typical cold cut and cheese platters, stuffed sandwiches, and the traditional piadina from Marche with arugula, tomato, stracchino cheese, prosciutto, lettuce, and much more.
At 6:00 PM, you can enjoy an aperitif with finger food and freshly baked pizza.
